THE ROOT OF WHOLISTIC HEART PATHWAYS
Sensing a World Out of Alignment
From a young age, I could feel that something in the modern cultural ways that surrounded me, was profoundly out of integrity with ways of supporting true health and wholeness.

The grief and rage I carried from growing up in a dysfunctional, addiction-impacted family system became a lens through which I sensed the deeper fractures in our society.
These were the gifts of growing up with the high adversity of a dysfunctional family:
✦ Already at so young – being passionate to find my true voice, instead of giving into the gaslighting around me
✦ Being accustomed to being the odd one out, so not afraid to challenge social programming
✦ Being willing to see things as they truly are beyond the collective denial around me,
And this allowed me to begin, early on to see what others around me could not..
I was able to see how the systems dominating our social rhythms such as the medical system, food system, education, and cultural norms .. all mirrored the same disconnection I felt at home.

I learned that in a sick world, sickness becomes normal, and choosing health becomes a revolutionary act of resistance.
This realization opened the first doorway on my path of unraveling and dismantling my involvement in toxic systems, and choosing the ways of restoration.
LOSS, COPING & THE TURNING POINT
The Pain That Became a Teacher
My childhood was shaped in the navigating life with my parents unresolved trauma playing out through their addiction, an atmosphere of instability, when suddenly at 13
I lost my primary source of support & connection, my childhood best friend, in a car accident.. a grief that completely changed my reality.
I entered a period of not knowing where “home” was, not knowing who I can lean on, but desperately needing it.

As a preteen, I was already deep in coping in the only ways I knew how:
through self-abandonment, escapism, intoxication, and numbing behaviors.
I bounced from house to house, searching for belonging, relief, and safety.
But eventually, even those coping strategies stopped working.
The numbness couldn’t hold what was breaking inside me.
Rock bottom wasn’t a single moment.. it was a slow, heavy, growing sense of knowing that I couldn’t keep living like I was.. abandoning my own heart like I learned from everyone else around me.

At 15, I turned toward the path of healing, as it opened up to me naturally through the invitation to connect with plant medicine, therapeutic books that my grandpa had gifted me, and having had noticed some adults that chose a different path, one that seemed more wholesome than those around me. I was called to choose a regenerative path that didn’t lead to further fragmentation of my mind, heart, body, and spirit.
THE THREAD OF SPIRIT
Creative Expression, Nature & Mysticism as Refuge
Even inside rigid, sterilized environments that tried to contain the human spirit, the wild heart of my child self had continued to create soul-resilience through the forces that kept me alive:
✦ creativity
✦ play
✦ imagination
✦ communion with nature
✦ a quiet intimacy with the Divine

As a young child my rebellion was labeled as trouble, but I can look back with a sober perspective to realize my resistance to the sterilized atmospheres I was forced into, was an advocacy for my needs for creativity, movement, and joy
My rebellion was soul medicine
My rebellion was defiance against colonized systems
My rebellion was remembrance for the wild wisdom that liberates and heals systemic distortions
My earliest memories of prayer, a natural dialogue with Spirit before I even had words for mysticism, was as a toddler. I remember as a child, in peak experiences of violence or heartbreak from my parents, I would pray at my crystal cross and look out at the sun praying for help. Religion was the first context I could have access to, to frame my experience of reaching for divine love.. but the distortions of the religious institution redirected my spiritual seeking journey all across the spectrum of different spiritual ideologies + theologies. Now I have come to my own intimate experience, that continues to evolve as it is a living relationship – the primary relationship – with Creator Spirit of Life

As I deepened into connection with Spirit through my late teens and into my early twenties, I began to feel the Creator as a Mother–Father of Creation ~ 2 expressions of the same love that gave birth to all
The Mother revealed herself through the earth & waters
She taught me softness, receptivity, intuition, and cyclical wisdom.
Through her, I began healing the mother wounds carried from childhood.. the parts of me that never felt fully held, nurtured, or allowed to be sensitive.
The Father revealed himself through the strength of the mountains, the sun, the sky, and the steady presence of order and clarity.
He taught me trust, protection, grounded direction, and inner structure.
Through him, I began healing my the father wounds.. the places that longed for reliability, protection, and a sense of being guided.

Opening my heart to learning and being guided by these 2 distinct expressions of Creator, have been foundational in repairing my sense of belonging to a greater loving force. To embrace connection with my eternal guardian my spirit always knew: one who holds, one who guides, both masculine & feminine expressions of love, without limits. Who also teach me how to provide that to my own inner child, and to the children and the tender hearts of the communities I serve.. empowers me to embrace humanity as tenderly as I hope to integrate divinity in my life.
THE EMERGENCE OF MY PATH AS A CREATIVE & NATURAL HEALTH ADVOCATE
Creative Medicine + Re-Wilding for Full-Spectrum Recovery
Art taught me how to express what words could not. Art showed me that I had the power to create beauty, to bring to life what I was seeing, and that I am allowed to have my own perspectives. And that there is beauty and power in my unique perspectives. As a child who grew up where my voice was not only ignored, but oppressed through violence.. Art became my medicine.

Art showed me my true voice. The act of creative reclamation, helped me be able to begin to trust myself to create a meaningful life. As I created art, my art was creating me.

Re-wilding taught me how to return to my body, that the mind does not have all the answers.
In a world that glorifies the consumption of information, the mastery of intellect, but at the expense of health..
In a world that normalizes suppressing symptoms instead of tending to the root needs of the body..
Returning to the wild terrain of the body is a revolution
Finding refuge in the wild landscapes that give us life is a revolution

When medical professionals attempted to suppress my body’s natural communications, without providing any guidance to support sustainable change for my overall health – and instead said I would be dependent on their synthetic solutions because “what gets me clear keeps me clear” – I realized I needed to reclaim full responsibility for my health. That’s when I redirected my focus to educating myself on the root causes of when the body develops chronic inflammatory symptoms.
With years of experimentation and with the help of wise natural medicine people of different traditions, I fully resolved all of my symptoms.
It is a revolution to return to somatic wisdom, to return to the wisdom of the wild where all natural wisdom healing traditions have founded their inspiration. With humility to listen, and courage to steward the changes necessary to restore harmony between mind, body, heart and spirit.. we give honor to the Great Wild we are a part of.

Creative Medicine + Re-Wilding were my primary breakthroughs that became my foundation for holistic healing, embracing the wisdom of traditional healing & creative arts.

At 26, I have now held a decade of lived experience, practice and personal exploration, where I have learned that well-being is not a destination, it’s a living interplay of honoring internal sense of integrity, ever evolving needs for nourishment, creativity, and connection. My work integrates self, community, and the Spirit of Love & Truth – supporting choices that foster clarity, authenticity, and resilience. I remain a student, listening deeply to life, Spirit, and the wisdom carried in every body I meet.
A DECADE OF SKILL-BUILDING & SERVICE
Holistic Care, Community, and Companionship
The chaos and overwhelm I carried as a child became the catalyst for creativity and intentional living. I learned to channel my sensitivity, grief, and the aftermath of chronic stress into designing nourishing environments, practices, and experiences that foster safety, ease, and inspiration for myself and eventually was stable enough to offer that to others. And in the offering that to others, I also found the stabilizing of this in myself.
For almost 10 years, I’ve worked as a holistic caregiver for children inspired by Waldorf & Montessori principles and nature-centered education, nurturing children with compassion, slowness, and reverence for their innate brilliance.
In more recent years, I’ve also supported elders with presence, nourishment, and dignity, tending to their emotional and physical well-being.

Tending to children and elders has been one of my greatest teachers. Caring for both sides of the spectrum of our humanity has shown me, again and again, that wellness has never been bound to an individual path. Healing is inherently a relational process.

We are shaped by connection, we know ourselves through each other, our deepest wounds are relational, and I have found the greatest breakthroughs to also happen in relation. Between humans, with the living elements moving with and through our bodies, within humanity and divinity.. are all inherently relational healing.
In caring for elders and children, I learned that a community is only as well as the ones who are most tender within it. Healing, then, must be woven through generations to honor the threads that bind us.

My work now exists to nurture these threads: to build atmospheres of reverence, to cultivate relational harmony, and to support the kind of community care that brings all of us back into connection with life.

The laughter and creativity of a child with fresh eyes to process atmospheres, the stories and presence of an elder who has embraced a full & rich life with beauty, loss and all that in between.. the way both elders and children move connected to their full senses & full hearts: these are the rhythms that reveal what humanity looks like when we allow ourselves to be fully present with the fullness of each moment.

These experiences revealed to me that intergenerational & community health belong at the forefront of holistic well-being.
Children and elders are mirrors for what a culture values.. and through them, I felt the call to steward environments that foster relational harmony, gentleness, presence, and care.

This is where my creative work, nourishment support, and holistic offerings have found a deeper purpose: to support intergenerational healing and the return of community-centered well-being
Wisdom of Surrender
Experiential learning through service, surrender & embodied wisdom
Alongside caregiving, I spent years living a bohemian-style surrendered life on the open road, living day by day, moment by moment, committed to radical faith. Traveling solo or with other nomadic-living mystic friends I met a long the way, staying close to living by the ocean, lakes, or rivers.

Selling my art on the streets, or living without money altogether at times. Volunteering at spiritual & earth-based communities through offering nourishing food preparation, tending harmonious atmospheres & sharing creative design support across the West Coast and overseas.
These seasons of wandering & surrendered-style of travel offered me:

- cultural diversity
- meaningful skill building
- deepening in faith
- intimate explorations of wild feminine wisdom
- through embracing surrender & the mystery aspect of creation
- cultivation of creative freedom
- community healing + building experiences
- opportunities to share & grow in gifts
- relationship with land & ancestry
These years shaped me more than any textbook ever could. My journey in service has helped me realize this is not a linear path, but a spiral ever deepening into experiential wisdom, and all the seasons of love of our relational web. Through the ups and downs of life, the spirit of my offerings are shaped by the dance of giving and receiving.
The Teachers & Lineages that have Shaped my Path
My work has been enriched by diverse natural and creative therapeutic traditions, and I have been fortunate to learn from programs dedicated to emotional healing, body-based recovery, and holistic integration. My training has included guidance from yoga and meditation communities such as the Ananda Ashram, expressive arts and social change frameworks through InterPlay, intuitive and energetic modalities such as Theta Healing, and comprehensive bodywork education through Spirit Winds School of Thai Massage. Including unique opportunities to study with a variety of educators 1 on 1 and group settings, who specialize in trauma-release somatic healing and indigenous traditional medicine systems.

Each of these teachings has contributed to the depth, sensitivity, and relational wisdom that inform my offerings today.
ROOTING INTO THE PRESENT
A New Season, A Grounded Offering
Now, rooted in the forests of the Sierra Nevadas, I’ve been enjoying a steadier season.. one where I can offer the culmination of my practice with consistency, clarity, & devotion to the health of my community. The instability, loss, and disconnection of my early life, along with the collective trauma we all move through, once threatened to overwhelm me. But over time, I learned to meet that fire differently. Instead of being consumed by it, I learned to listen to it, to redirect it, and to shape it into purpose.

This is what now guides my service.
Whether I am tending to the living landscapes of the bodies I work with, preparing organic whole-food nourishment, supporting change-makers in bringing their creative visions to life, or cultivating harmonious spaces that soothe the nervous system ~ each expression is woven with the same devotional thread. It is all alchemy: the slow and intentional transformation of heartache into nourishment, chaos into clarity, and lived experience into places of refuge and renewal for others.
Wholistic Heart Pathways is the living culmination of my personal healing, my endless devotion, my ever evolving expression of service and my relationship with the living Spirit that guides all the majesty of nature, and the true beauty of our humanity.

✧ Wholistic Heart Pathways Core Intentions
My experience has inspired me to embrace service as a bridge between wounding and purpose, between ancient wisdom and modern conditions, between sensitivity and resilience. I’ve learned that being a deep feeling soul in this world isn’t a weakness, it’s a compass pointing us back to the sacred. My offerings are an invitation to reconnect with what is real, and rediscover the regenerative intelligence that lives inside us all.

Wholistic Heart Pathways is my living prayer for collective healing and remembrance. A reminder that recovery from a disconnected world is something we walk together, heart to heart, breath by breath.
