⟡The Call to Restore Balance⟡ Healing Our Relationship with the Divine Mother & Father Principles

⋆˙⟡ I feel a collective call to honor the Primordial Balance and work to restore our ways of expressing and honoring these foundational expressions of creation ⟡˙⋆

This call is not abstract or ideological, as it shows up in our bodies, our health, our relationships, and the cultural systems we participate in every day. What I’m naming here is not a rejection of women’s liberation, but a deeper inquiry into how liberation has been framed.. and what has been lost in the process. What has been threatened through associating women’s liberation with the masculinizing of the feminine, is the recognition of the innate value of the Mother.

There are many examples of how the Mother aspect of the feminine has been rejected and disrespected in our society.. how the role of the mother has been devalued, while the sexually expressive maiden or boss bitch archetype has been pedastooled. I see this as a natural collective polarization from sexual shame, oppression, and culturally imposed limitations on women’s creative expressions. Is it a natural movement? Or could it be…. a psyop! (kinda joking, kinda not joking)

As a product of the feminist movement, we now live in a modern culture that praises women for how much they can produce, rather than the depth and beauty of a woman’s embodiment in her fullness and power.

There is value in women being honored and respected as sovereign beings with innate value equal to but different than men, and that women are worthy of respect and ability to choose and advocate for herself just as much as men are. Most sober minded people can agree to that.

At the same time, I witness a cultural imbalance within women, operating from burnout, overwhelm, disconnection from her body wisdom and natural rhythms. 1/4 of American women living with chronic hormonal imbalance doesn’t just randomly happen. Every expression has a source of creation. When you look at why most women live in chronic stress and are stuck in some mode of survival (no matter how normal or socially accepted it may be..) at the root of this pattern is self-abandonment, aka soul-abandonment. Abandonment of a woman’s true nature. Many women on the surface may think that their way of living in the rhythms of modern cultural social systems is something she is choosing, something she agrees with. But the truth of the body speaks differently.

Many people in general are so identified with their ways of adapting to survive in a sick culture, that they unconsciously disconnect with the living truth of their natural body, heart and soul wisdom.

This is why so many people can keep living a depleting self-abandoning life, or a life built on escaping the truth of their state of mind, body, spirit health. This is why so many perpetuate avoiding the pains of living out of integrity with life-giving rhythms.. without even knowing it. Thinking they feel good while they poison their systems with fake food, fake culture, and addiction of synthetic life. Until the language of the wilderness of the body is loud enough. Speaking through chronic inflammation, pain, illness. Calling the mind back home to the heart and body.

It was only through my own body that I began to understand this imbalance more clearly. I grew up with certain ways of thinking that perpetuated stressful, inauthentic self-betraying behaviors, and I realized these belief systems I was being motivated by, actually didn’t only arise from my dysfunctional addicted home – but from the cultural narratives around me growing up in the mainstream culture combined with indoctrination from public education system.

After years of deconstruction work to come into my own reclamation of what is true for me, I am learning how my body responds with less inflammation and more ease as I embrace the dance of balance in my way of relating to the primordial expressions of the feminine & masculine.

What I began to see is that this collective inflammation isn’t just about women, it’s about a civilization that has forgotten how to value life itself. I realize the great harm in women often being told that our worth is tied to masculine roles such as career status or financial success.. not to their capacity for presence, creativity, and care. This reflects an imbalanced society that diminishes the feminine principles and glorifies the masculine, yet in many ways the opposite can be observed and this reveals the overall inversion and distortions of natural balance.

When a woman chooses a life that honors the feminine principles to rise into balance.. through motherhood, her body’s rhythms, or visions that often don’t align with society’s version of success.. she is often dismissed, misunderstood, or even ridiculed.

From an early age, women are conditioned to sacrifice their health, to suppress their cycles, to disconnect from their intuition.. all in order to fit into systems that prioritize productivity over life. These systems depend on our disconnection from nature, from our bodies, and from each other.

These same ruptures show up not only in how femininity is devalued and masculinized or objectified, but in how identity itself is being navigated in a time of profound disconnection. It is a natural impulse to rebel against traditional expressions of any kind as an attempt to embody a more evolved authentic expression of humanity, but this impulse can easily become hijacked by cultural sickness. Natural diversity, adaptability and creative freedom are inherent to the beauty of life, and that’s a powerful, foundational part of our humanity. There is harm in oppressing or shaming our natural expressions of diversity, and in a world overwhelmed with inauthenticity, it is truly liberating to experience breakthroughs in authentic expression. However, just like all things, the pursuit of freedom and authenticity can become imbalanced to the point of being harmful. And this happens when this pursuit is rooted in disconnection with the true Spirit of organic life.

For me, true discernment lives beyond ideology and mental ideas, and is more about a living relationship with the body, with life, with the web of nature itself. When this pursuit of -what someone may, on the surface, consider liberation of their expression- violates the living web of life.. this pursuit actually perpetuates fragmentation of mind, body and spirit. Despite if the surface level feelings are pleasurable or not. The truth of the body speaks.

The organic movement towards symbiosis, that our true biology is always communicating to us, is beyond the voice of trauma, and beyond cultural ideological influence. Turning to listen to the truth of the body, the wisdom of the wilderness within us.. doesn’t always feel good – ultimately feels deeply relieving – but initially can actually call us into depths of discomfort. This living wisdom does not always guide us into what our minds expect or hope for, but connects us more deeply to what our Spirit needs which is innately interwoven with the well-being of the whole. Just because something might feel relieving, exciting or true, on one level – does not mean it is. That can often actually be a surface level feeling that emerges from trauma and distorted thinking. For example, when I was a teenager, it felt exciting and natural to become promiscuous and abandon my body’s sense of safety and integrity – for the sake of getting male attention. It felt liberating to abuse substances and suppress my emotional pain through instant gratification. Not everything that feels good is good.

So on this topic of discerning the health of the root of cultural narratives and felt sense of motivations, it is a helpful tool to witness if whatever is being advocated for violates the natural expression of health of our biology. If it does, then it is not in alignment with natural law, it is not led by the true Spirit of Creation that is a spirit of regeneration, truth, love, sustainability.. and therefore it is a reflection of sickness.

It is important to be able to identify sickness, and imbalance. The predator colonizer voice has many disguises, and I believe thrives off of the sickness and soul abandonment of humanity – but often takes shape as liberation. This is classic “false light” or “wolf in sheep’s clothing”.

The truth is simple: The more we live a natural life, the healthier we become. The more we live a synthetic life, the sicker we become.

𖤓

When this truth is understood, it becomes easier to see why certain systems thrive, and who benefits from our disconnection. The most corrupt systems on this planet benefit most from our disconnection. The more we withdraw our energy and attention from these exploitative structures and return to the living intelligence of nature, the more those systems begin to crumble and become the compost for new life to grow. From that space of withdrawing our involvement with dysfunctional systems, we can rebuild and remember ways of living rooted in natural law and life-giving principles. This return restores balance: It allows our bodies to be resilient, our minds to be clear, our hearts to be free, and our communities to be whole again.

And it’s not just the Mother we must restore right relationship with, it’s the Father principle as well. Honoring the Mother without restoring the Father does not lead to balance, it leads to another form of distortion. The true father -not the narcissistic, dominating, or disconnected archetype we’ve seen play out in the colonizer dynamics we can identify- but the loving, protective, discerning, and grounded masculine.

I’ve seen firsthand how spiritual spaces that reject the healthy masculine can become unsafe, even when they claim to be rooted in healing. I share the following not to condemn, but to illustrate how the rejection of the protective masculine can create conditions where harm goes unchecked.. One example of the great harm that can be perpetuated when one expression of Creator is rejected, is when I have visited an earth-centered spiritual community. There were sexual predators living there that were enabled to prey on young women and even children that visited. The founder was a woman and allowed this to happen even after hearing many direct experiences from victims. She would deny the reality every time. This woman also creepily sang a song about denying any victimhood and “people can create their own realities” on the first night I was there.

There was also a rule that no body was allowed to say “God” only “Goddess”. This was an environment where no real men were allowed. No empowered expression of divine masculinity was allowed.. so spiritual imbalance & sickness could be enabled to spread its tentacles. This is not a failure of feminine spirituality, it is what happens when balance and accountability are removed from any system. This experience clarified something essential for me: balance is not optional individual preference it is a foundation of true protection.

For coherence, sustainability, and collective resiliency, it is foundational to steward the balance of both primordial energies: the receptive and the active, the nurturing and the protecting. It’s not about rejecting the masculine for the sake of honoring the feminine. The pendulum swing toward extreme feminism or extreme submission.. either way, imbalance breeds more imbalance.

What is being asked of us now is not perfection, but integration. To grieve what we needed but didn’t receive. To forgive our parents and ancestors who played out their survival adaptations unconscious of the true impact and perpetuated imbalance. To reclaim responsibility for stewarding full spectrum health of ourselves and our communities. To seek and embody healthy role models of both feminine and masculine expressions. To become living stewards of balance.. so we can help birth a more harmonious, resilient and integrated culture for our children to inherit.
